Would Hitler Have Rescued the Jews?
There is much to celebrate in President Trump’s unprecedented negotiation with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Turkey, Indonesia and Hamas to bring peace to the Middle East.
In this first step, the Trump Treaty frees the hostages held by Hamas and the political prisoners held by Israel in a triumphant end to an ugly two-year war begun on Oct 7, 2023 when Hamas savagely raped, killed and tortured more than 1,200 Israelis, many young people just beginning their adult lives. Also ended is the Hamas cruelty of stealing food aid meant for starving Palestinians and using the citizens of Gaza as human shields in ongoing attacks from Israel, which now stop.
Moving forward, the next steps have the potential to reorder the entire region by turning Gaza, backed by Arab and Muslim investors, into a thriving site of commerce, cemented to the region not by violence but by prosperity. Israel too will have a chance to live in peace with its Arab neighbors for the first time in centuries. Yesterday, they were dancing for joy on the streets of Israel. In Gaza too.
Less noticed is that Trump’s brilliant Art of the Deal strategy undercuts the greatest talking point for deranged far-left activists keen to undermine his presidency. Their constant rant that he is Hitler, a fascist, a Nazi, has resulted in a surge of violence against him, his team and his supporters. Charlie Kirk was killed by their guns.
Now the rhetoric of anarchists is exposed for what it is — propaganda in the name of toppling America from its glory as a constitutional republic into the hellhole that all socialist nations become. For these activists, words are weapons of gaslighting, aimed at the enemy, robbed of meaning. Per the satirical Babylon Bee:
Let’s be very clear. Adolf Hitler was a despot, a dictator, and, ironically, a socialist, who set out to kill all the Jews, not rescue them. Can you imagine the Fuhrer traveling to Amsterdam to pull Anne Frank from her attic hideaway and bring her to the sunlight? Or the Third Reich deciding in mid-war to close the concentration camps that are estimated to have killed at least six million people?
Want to talk about other fascists? No one seriously thinks Pol Pot, the despot who ruled over Cambodia, would have changed his mind in mid-course before his Khmer Rouge finished its genocide of 2 million people. How about Mao Zedong and Joseph Stalin, two dictators who starved millions in the name of Communism, would they have relented and pursued peace instead?
The Nobel Peace Prize Committee ignored Trump’s achievements — eight negotiations to end wars in eight regions in just over eight months — but the winner of this year’s prize had no doubt who he is, and it’s not Hitler.
“I dedicate this prize to the suffering people of Venezuela and to President Trump for his decisive support of our cause!” declared Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado, who is battling the Madura regime at the spearhead of a vast democracy movement. Forced underground, she “keeps the flame of democracy burning amid a growing darkness,” said the Nobel Committee.
The campuses of US colleges in the last two years have erupted with anti-Semitic rants, “From the River to the Sea,” an overt call for Israel’s extinction. Where are all those pro-Palestine voices now, now that peace is coming to all the countries of the region? Is not peace what you wanted? Or you did just use the Palestinians, as so many have throughout history, for your own political ends? Hypocrites. Maybe you can join forces with the two-faced leaders of the UK, France and Germany — who tried to scuttle the Trump diplomacy by calling on everyone to recognize the Palestinian state and now want to serve on Trump’s peace commission.
It’s true. Trump unhinges his critics with his memes and his brags on Truth Social.
But he is not a mass murderer. He is not a dictator. And attention all those leftists planning another No Kings Rally. He is not a king either — if he were he would ignore all those federal judges who think they have more power than the president. He has obeyed every single court order, using legal appeals in hopes of finally regaining his right to arrest criminal immigrants, make cities safe, and even negotiate trade deals.
Peacemaker in Chief, the new head of the Peace Commission over the fraught Middle East, is not Hitler. He is the world’s peace president. Blessed be the peacemaker.

A wonderful accurate assessment.
