Barack Obama is the only president in recent history who kept his home in Washington DC after his presidency.

Maybe that’s because he never gave up the Oval Office.

Defense Secretary Robert Gates once observed that Biden “has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.” It was widely know in Washington that Obama thought his instincts poor too.

But Obama engineered Joe Biden’s election as the perfect puppet for a maestro’s strings. Biden ran against a field of Democrat favorites — Pete Buttigieg, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren — but with Obama’s blessings, the party poobahs knee-capped Bernie and let the others fall. Running a basement campaign (“cuz Covid”), Biden was elected by pandemic election laws that opened the door to ballot stuffing.

This week Obama and his enforcers — hello Anita Dunn — threw Biden under the bus. Not because he was old and feeble and a threat to our national security — as in who is running the country now? — but because he was losing to Trump, endangering a lot of down-ballot senators and congress members. And because the Dem media and elite were embarrassed to have been exposed as liars on the important issue of Biden’s cognitive ability to rule. Biden fought the elites to the end — vowing to stay in the race. Alas, a machine run out of a DC residence will always best one human.

These people are very, very ruthless, and we should be very, very afraid.

With the government not providing any details on the assassin who almost took out Donald J. Trump, rumors are already spreading that the Deep State may have engineered the entire event, leaving the roof of that storage building wide open, sending Trump’s regular body protection team on another assignment. The Dems — led by Obama — have already kidnapped the Democrat Party by disenfranchising the 14 million voters who during the primaries in 2024 selected Biden. Now, they are trying to disenfranchise the rest of us.

A word about ideology. Harris is the daughter of a Marxist economist father. Obama was mentored by a Marxist man he considered a father figure.

Their shared agenda is exactly what is wrong with this country: an economy that works for them and not us, a border open to criminals, terrorists, drugs and slave trade cartels, biological males in women’s sports, bathrooms and prison cells, funding of forever wars, and forever enemies like Iran, that have taken us to the brink of World War II, and a complete and utter disdain for the US Constitution.

Let’s get serious. We’re not running against Kamala Harris. As Vivek Ramaswamy noted, we are running against a machine — incredibly well funded, with an iron grip on the regime and social media and not in the least embarrassed about dismantling our democracy, rewriting our history, indoctrinating our kids, ignoring our laws.

You may have wondered why the Dems didn’t just invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Biden from the presidency and install Kamala Harris. I suspect it’s because that would cast Kamala Harris as the incumbent president, making it more difficult to defeat her during the August convention. Because if Kamala Harris can’t get her polling numbers up over the next month — the Dems may well insist on an open-convention in Chicago at which Michelle Obama might be pushed to run.

Early in President Obama’s first term, First Lady Michelle Obama made the rounds of sleepy federal agencies telling them her husband could not do the job without them. I was a reporter then, and remember wondering why she would do that. Some 12 years later, we all know — Obama always wanted to empower a Deep State, aligned with radical liberal views, that could do his dirty work for him. And he still does.
